Thomas Fuller is a qualified accountant with 20 years experience of financial reporting in the regulated environment. He has 15 years experience as a finance director of Independent Financial Advisors both at Company and Group level, the latter of which included both A2 and B3 category firms.

He has led and managed effective turn round strategies for a group of IFA’s including A2, B3 and IBRC registered companies. He has been an active equity director of a successful Management Buy-Out Team which acquired a group of three IFA’s. He has undertaken business evaluations and commercial viability studies, risk assessments and capital raising within the private sector and has devised and implemented exit strategies for shareholders.
